Nono grew up as a typical girl in a small town named Port Shepston in KwaZulu Natal. A 20- year-old Nono travelled to Johannesburg for the first time in 2007, on her way to an interview for an internship within M-Net OB, in which she was successful in, and that was where her journey with SuperSport began. Her contract was extended after working as an intern for six months and she then moved on to be appointed as a Junior Producer of a magazine show in 2008. Her journey continued in which she worked on multiple shows, like BackPages and Mzansi Legends, including working on Live OB’s where she is now a Senior Producer.
