Currently one of seven Project Managers for MultiChoice’s Technical Division, Thirasha holds a degree in Electrical Engineering in Computer Systems; a qualification that has placed her in multiple technical roles before her transition to a leadership role. She is a wife and a mother to fur babies; two roles she speaks fondly about. When she isn’t managing multiple projects at work, she is outdoors, hiking, sweating it out in the gym, or cooking and baking. With an Engineering Degree, Thirasha comes from a technical background and has spent a great part of her career in technical roles such as Technician and Engineer, most of which have been in the broadcasting field. She began her journey at the SABC and transitioned to MultiChoice, where she has been for the past eight and a half years. She currently works with a team that manages and delivers projects to MultiChoice’s Technical Division. ‘As somebody who considers herself good with people and enjoys leadership, Thirasha says moving into a leadership role came naturally to her, it’s a role she feels at home with.
